THE SIXSUMMIT STORY
After Launching Tall & Chain in 2023 we have been able to help so many tall cyclists. Then two years later along came SixSummit and its "Prologue" Collection. In cycling, a Prologue is a short opening stage that is sometimes used in a Grand Tour - a showcase if you like. Well, this Collection of clothing is also a showcase - for what SixSummit can become - a brand that goes beyond cycling!
In a world that doesn’t accommodate everyone, SixSummit is here to change things…
When taller people buy clothing online, they have little more size information to go on other than a chest size. It becomes automatic to size up in the hope of more length, but it doesn’t have to be like this.
Resorting to specialist tall fit clothing websites typically lead to plain garments that cost more money than standard fitting equivalents.
Our Prologue Collection offers something different. More detailed size information, a stylish identity, and competitive pricing. Some of the collection is extra tall, but the majority is just a little bit longer in length than you might typically find with other brands.
All our Prologue Collection is sourced from different manufacturers – it has taken 18 months of garment testing for quality and fit. Everything is then decorated in the UK, we have chosen to use DTF printing to provide a quality finish that lasts.
We remove the manufacturer care labels and provide everything you need to know printed at the back of the neck (or waist for the joggers).
We don’t always agree with the manufacturers sizing recommendations, so it could be that you are a different size for different garments. This will be down to height and fit preferences, so please take care to read all our size information.
We intend to learn from this collection to help develop our own garments in a better size range, similar to Tall & Chain.
